Getting to Wildside
- Printable Directions -

From within the city:

We are North East of the Eaton Center and South East of Maple Leaf Gardens in down town Toronto a few blocks North of the Gardiner Expressway.

Take the Jarvis exit north off the Gardiner, turn right at Gerrard Street (there is a big cut stone church on the corner).

We are across from Allen Gardens Park geometrically dead center between Jarvis and Sherbourne St. at #161.

There is only a small plaque on the front door.

When approaching Toronto from the East - Take the 401 going west:

Take the Don Valley Parkway South to the Gardiner Expressway westbound (just stay on the DVP) and take the first exit, Sherbourne/Jarvis.

Turn right at the stop sign on to Sherbourne Street.

Proceed eight stop lights north. You will see Alan Gardens Park to the left just ahead of where you want to turn.

Turn left at Gerrard Street East. (Alan Gardens will then be on your right).

Wildside is located in the middle of the middle block across from the park at number 161.

There is no sign outside, just a small plaque on the door. It's very discrete.

Just park out front. There is no parking meter but you can purchase a ticket from the pay station in front of 163 Gerrard St. East and place it on your dash.

When approaching from the West or from the Lester B. Pearson Intl. airport:

Take the 401 Eastbound to the 427 southbound (the exit is near the airport).

Proceed south on the 427 to the QEW, make a left turn and proceed east on the Queen Elizabeth Way, which will magically turn into the Gardiner Expressway.

Pass the Sky Dome and the CN Tower and take the Jarvis Exit on the right, it is the first exit after the York, Bay, Yonge St.exit.

Make a left turn at the bottom of the ramp (Jarvis St.) and proceed nine stoplights north until you reach Gerrard Street East.

Turn right at Gerrard Street and go to #161. We are at the middle of the middle block across from the Alan Gardens Park.
